BioBridge
BioBridge, developed by Fibralign, is a thread-like surgical matrix made of medical grade collagen using patented Nanoweave technology. It is designed to provide a scaffold that supports the body's repair of lymphatic tissue, and it is used in the surgical management of lymphedema.
Products and strengths
- BioBridge Collagen Matrix. A thread-like, resorbable scaffold from highly purified Type 1 porcine atelocollagen, designed to support lymphangiogenesis and tissue repair.
- Nanoweave technology. A highly porous, multilumenal structure that mimics native tissue and is designed to promote capillary flow while minimizing immune response.
- Minimally invasive. Implanted through minimally invasive techniques and designed to integrate, then resorb. Used alongside lymphaticovenous anastomosis and lymph node transfer.
- International use. Used internationally and available in the US, Europe, South Korea, and the Middle East.
Our role with BioBridge
We introduce BioBridge to lymphatic and reconstructive surgeons across the region, build clinical confidence, and support the full pathway from first case to sustained use.
- Surgeon education and case support
- Center by center adoption
